This approach often affects the role that Shiboomi takes with our clients’ initiatives.  In some cases Shiboomi takes on specific projects which are limited in scope.  However, our interaction with our clients often evolves into a stronger participation for Shiboomi’s efforts.  We are often requested to take the role of “enterprise overseer” in these projects.  In this capacity, we coordinate under our guidance and leadership all of the business elements demanded for a targeted period of time.

Shiboomi’s initiatives are to first analyze our client’s vision, company, and strategy.  Our next step is to break-down these elements to re-imagine them and re-engineer them into a stronger, more influential and relevant foundation.  We have found that tremendous leverage can be created for a company through the thoughtful execution of these steps.
