As “enterprise overseers” one of the pillars of our efforts is business architecture. This is the process of aligning and managing all of the key elements, strategies, partners, and resources for an entity’s success. The Shiboomi leadership has utilized this business architecture platform and executed efforts in a wide variety of forums from large military and security operations, to the restructuring of one of the world’s premier sports and entertainment marketing and representation firms. The ability to create and manage this re-envisioned architecture is the foundation of our efforts.

SCOPE OF CAPABILITIES

• Create vision, or re-envision programs for companies and institutions
• Re-position enterprise for maximum value, impact, and power of program
• Create presentations and materials to communicate company’s and program’s mission
• Lead presentations and materials to all prospective partners, investors, key hires, and collaborators
• Arrange corporate alliances in fields of finance, legal, program management, construction, marketing and branding, sales, and distribution
• Create local, national, and international political channels to assist program and/or company
• Oversee these relationships as enterprise overseer or program overseer
• Lead negotiations in relevant fields
• As business general contractor, we maintain balance, control, and manage all elements
• Assume key roles as needed in corporate and program evolution
• Seek to exit company and program after vision has been executed and manifested
