As “enterprise overseers” one of the pillars of our efforts is business architecture. This is the process of aligning and managing all of the key elements, strategies, partners, and resources for an entity’s success. The Shiboomi leadership has utilized this business architecture platform and executed efforts in a wide variety of forums from large military and security operations, to the restructuring of one of the world’s premier sports and entertainment marketing and representation firms. The ability to create and manage this re-envisioned architecture is the foundation of our efforts. We have provided select examples of our business architecture efforts to show the breadth of our experience.

Currently, we are creating a medical resort destination outside of Reykjavik, Iceland. This includes the building of a hip and knee replacement hospital with a boutique after-care hotel and a completely packaged destination for rehabilitation and healing. Shiboomi has served as “enterprise overseer” from this project’s initiation. We are optimistic about commencing construction in Q4 2010. To highlight the variety of our current efforts, we are currently leading the launch of an international premium pet food company into the US market.
