Created low-carb food company. Raised sufficient capital to launch company and product. Developed manufacturing base for the first product, a low-carb ice cream. Managed execution of naming, branding, packaging, and marketing launch for initial products. Brought in country’s foremost expert in low-carb ice cream to manage operations. Created lead product formulas. Planned launch and transitioned company to new management team in May 2004.
