Finagle a Bagel
Created initial concept of novel bagel products and offerings. Developed initial products and strategy for creation of Finagle a Bagel. Designed 16 retail locations, each one specifically designed for demographics and culture of its region. Created consumer experience to introduce consumer to this form of eating experience using novel visual tools, olfactory tools, auditory and tactile experiences to create an internal environment which induces “a love affair with bagels.” Developed packaging, advertising, and marketing plan for company. Assisted in the sale of Finagle a Bagel to The Limited Corporation.
