Fleet Bank/ Bank of America
Our team completed both an internal and external re-branding and re-imaging campaign for the Bank of America. Our goal was to enhance consumer and employee perceptions of the company and dramatically increase employee and company performance. As part of this project, we planned and executed a brand and diversity awareness program throughout the entire organization including all subdivisions of related financial services offerings. The internal repositioning campaign included the development of a completely redesigned website, internal newsletter to support the re-imaging, internal training and support programs, and the initiation of reward and incentive programs based on performance and results. These efforts achieved a 30% increase in productivity and a 15% reduction in employee turnover. To raise the consumers’ perspective and awareness of the Bank of America brand, we developed and launched a new PR and media management strategy for the company, created new product offerings, and executed community event–driven activities to support the new corporate initiations.
