Worked with leadership to both vertically and horizontally expand their offerings in the marketplace. Launched eight new product offerings with multiple online and print publications. Developed and launched new areas of business, developing business centers in recruitment, education, and training programs to support these new offerings. Established strategic planning process to evaluate the healthcare system and insurance providers, bringing added benefit to the core business and expanding areas of expertise. Initiated changes to assist in the evolving landscape of physicians’ practices throughout the US by a variety of alternative media and online connecting points with a more robust offering of knowledge to assist in this evolving landscape. Now the NE Journal of Medicine could provide not only its core offerings and knowledge, but also assistance in the areas of the business of medicine, practice management, practice building, and assisting in finding human resources and assessing talent. Positioned company’s offerings to take a renewed leadership position to lead the new generation of physicians. Redesigned all of the various journals, publications, and online offerings to update and refresh the company’s image and to align it with today’s increasingly more complicated world of medicine.
