Origins Stores & Esteé Lauder Brands
Commissioned by Leonard Lauder to analyze and assess the company’s business model and in addition to rebrand Origins and to realign the business model and structure of additional brands such as Clinique, Esteé Lauder, Prescriptives, MAC, Stilla, Aveda, Le Mer, Bumble and Bumble, Darphin, American Beauty, Flirt, Grassroots, and Bobbi Brown. Assessed global licensing structure for fragrances and cosmetics sold under the Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan, Michael Kors, Donald Trump Sean John, Missoni, and Daisy Fuentes brand names. Restructured business model to increase consumer recognition, enhance store experience, product development, product naming, and reevaluate product development. Redesigned stores and in-store displays, all packaging, point-of-sale material, etc. Established new quarterly creative product forecast for product, marketing, and development teams. Initiated green brand positioning and messaging using recycled materials and packaging and reassessing manufacturing processes.
