“Seed” or new companies are exciting endeavors with enthusiasm and optimism in their origin. It is this energy which generates their formation. However, these entities are also extremely fragile, volatile, and changes occur in a quick and dynamic fashion. Even if the team can manage all of these forces, companies at this stage need support from forces beyond themselves. Here, luck or the winds of destiny seem to play a greater role than anyone would like to admit. We believe that if your company is dedicated to a meaningful mission with a strong leadership aligned to this mission, you increase your chances for this luck. The harmony within the team, the strength of the leadership, the clarity of the strategy, and the quality of execution keeps the energy within the company in a positive manner. This will drive the company forward.
One must be mindful of internal conflict and selfishness, as this can turn inwards on the company and tear it apart. Most young companies fail. It is not solely due to the quality of their product or services, nor the abilities of their technology, but from internal strife and lack of alignment to the mission of the company.

In every aspect required such as business, strategy, finance, marketing, partnerships, deal engineering, leadership, and conflict resolution. At times, the team will take a leadership role in the building of an entity. We also assist others in this role. Our mission is to nourish seed companies which we believe in.
