| Our Founders
Gary Woolf
Mr. Woolf is a Founder, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shiboomi Business Accelerators. He has over 22 years of experience in leadership roles and has executed the Chief Executive role in enterprises ranging from sports and entertainment representation and marketing, to investment companies and management firms, to a holistic medical center, a national sports bar franchise throughout the US, a medical device company, a tissue engineering/ regenerative medicine company, consumer product companies, and beyond. At the age of 18, Mr. Woolf created his first enterprise in the field of representing NBA basketball players in their European efforts.By the age of 20, he had negotiated contracts in the NFL, NBA, and Major League Baseball. After graduating from Harvard University in 1987, he took over COO responsibilities for Woolf Associates. At that time, Woolf Associates was the third largest sports, entertainment, representation, and marketing firm in the world. In 1993 he became CEO of Woolf Associates. During his tenure as CEO he created the Champions Sports Bar Restaurant Group which is now an international franchise. In 1997 Mr. Woolf built the Woolf Holistic Health Center and in 2002 founded Shiboomi Business Accelerators. As CEO of Shiboomi, Mr. Woolf has held CEO responsibilities for many companies that Shiboomi has built and many programs that Shiboomi has developed.Mr. Woolf has a deep expertise in the formation and execution of corporate vision and in leading emerging businesses through the myriad of shifting leadership challenges presented in today's global and rapidly changing business environment. Mr. Woolf is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University.
Thomas Fidel
Mr. Fidel is the Chief Strategic Officer of Shiboomi Business Accelerators. Mr. Fidel also founded Fidel Consults, a business which assists high-performance individuals with the development of performance-enhancement and life management skills. He holds a B.S. from the University of Idaho and served as a Captain in the Marine Corps for 11 years, where he specialized in counter-terrorism, human intelligence, and strategic planning. Mr. Fidel focuses on developing leadership strategy and strengthening the vision and growth of companies and organizations.
I Jian Lin
Mr. Lin is Shiboomi's Chief Marketing Officer. With over 23 years of industry expertise in marketing, branding, advertising, PR, and educational campaigns, Mr. Lin is one of the world's foremost experts in all of these arenas. He has founded more than 50 national and international companies in every sector of business. He has worked with almost every major international brand in campaigns ranging from complete restructuring, resurrection, crisis management, internal campaigns, education, educational campaigns, special events, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lin is frequently called upon as an industry expert to speak on these endeavors at worldwide universities from Harvard and Yale to the University to Tokyo. Spanning the globe, Mr. Lin's intense focus and creativity is an unusual creative asset. Mr. Lin is trained in the elements of design, fine art, photography, web design, fashion design, industrial design, video, and film. Select creative works of Mr. Lin are in permanent collections at some of the world's foremost art museums including the Metropolitan Museum in New York City and the Ueno Museums in Tokyo and in Frankfort. Campaigns Mr. Lin has created for companies such as Monster.com, Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Anheiser Busch, Nissan, Samsung, and many more have won national and international awards and recognition. His knowledge and understanding of various cultures and industries have given him tremendous insight into inspiring and securing commitment across diverse audiences and partners. He holds multiple degrees in business, design and music.
